Pg1 Terms & Conditions — terms of use for Malaysia's entertainment platform
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the pg1 platform. Continued use of this platform constitutes your agreement to all provisions set out below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to periodic review.
Acceptance of terms & user eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using the pg1 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
To register and use pg1's services, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older, or have reached the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
- Not prohibited by your local laws from accessing online entertainment services;
- Register as a private individual and not on behalf of any business entity without specific authorisation.
Pg1 reserves the right to decline registration or suspend the account of any user found not to meet the above eligibility requirements, without prior notice.

Account registration
Each user is permitted to hold one active account only. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, including transactions made without your knowledge as a result of failing to keep your login details secure.
Password security
You are required to keep your pg1 account password and login details strictly confidential at all times. Do not share your login information with anyone, including family members. pg1 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately and change your password.
Platform usage rules
All pg1 users are required to comply with the following platform usage rules at all times. Violation of any of these rules may result in actions including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure:
- Use automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Engaging in any activity intended to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
- Use another person's account or allow others to use your account
- Channelling illegally obtained funds through the platform.
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to other users.
- Ensure that the device used is secure and free from malware before accessing your account.
- Notify pg1 of any technical issues that affect the outcome of a bet
- Use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes
- Comply with all local laws applicable to online betting activities.
- Update your personal information should any changes occur.
Payments, transactions & financial policies
All transactions on the pg1 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). pg1 supports a range of local payment methods, including Online Banking, FPX, Touch 'n Go, and other approved digital payment options.
Deposit
The minimum deposit amount is subject to your chosen payment method and may change with platform updates. All deposits must be made using a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your pg1 account. Deposits from third parties will not be accepted and will be returned.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed to your registered bank account. pg1 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen and may take up to several business days subject to circumstances.
Pg1 is not liable for any losses arising from processing delays by banks or third-party payment providers.
Limitation of liability, account policy & intellectual property
Limitation of liability
Pg1 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting outcomes, service interruptions, or technical errors. Each user bears full responsibility for all betting decisions made through their account.
Account suspension & closure
Pg1 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for reasons including: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, use of bots or unauthorised software, or instructions from the relevant authorities. In the event of closure on legitimate grounds, any unused account balance will be refunded once the review process is complete.
Intellectual property
All content on the pg1 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software code, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of pg1 or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any of this content without prior written permission.
Third-party links, changes to terms & applicable law

The pg1 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not under pg1's control. These links are provided solely for your convenience and do not imply that pg1 endorses or validates the content of those websites. pg1 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of any third-party websites.
Changes to terms
Pg1 reserves the right to modify, update, or improve these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this website. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by the relevant laws, and any disputes arising will be resolved through procedures established by the relevant authorities. Users agree that they use this platform at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring their use complies with applicable local laws.
